Mission Ready Consulting & Construction Services LLC (MRCCS) is a professional consulting and advisory firm providing integrated expertise in Enterprise Risk Management, safety, compliance, construction advisory, project oversight, quality assurance, and management and technical consulting.

MRCCS works directly with clients to understand their objectives and requirements, evaluate challenges and risks, provide practical advice and recommendations, and support the effective management and delivery of projects and operations within the defined scope of responsibility.

As a newly established company, MRCCS is built upon the professional experience, technical knowledge, and field-informed perspective of its Managing Director, Douglas E. Latimer, CSP. The company is positioned to support government organizations, general contractors, and commercial and residential property owners with practical expertise tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.

Douglas' background includes safety leadership, Enterprise Risk Management, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and quality control, field auditing, contractor oversight, project support, and organizational leadership. 

His experience spans multiple industries and operating environments, including manufacturing, public utilities, government contracting, commercial & residential construction, and civil engineering. 

This breadth of experience provides MRCCS with a practical understanding of how safety, risk, compliance, quality, and operational considerations intersect in real-world settings. 

Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health and has been a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) for more than 10 years. His education, professional credential, and continued development provide a strong foundation for his work in safety, Enterprise Risk Management, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operational performance.

Throughout his career, Douglas has pursued extensive safety-related training and professional development across the industries and operating environments in which he has worked. His experience includes developing safety training programs and materials, supporting learning management systems (LMS), and delivering classroom and hands-on training to employees, contractors, subcontractors, and other safety-sensitive personnel based on applicable regulatory standards.

This combination of professional development and practical training experience strengthens his ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into practical guidance for the workplace.
